Love One Today®, the One-Stop Avocado Hub for Health Professionals and Consumers

HAB is dedicated to understanding avocados’ health benefits and industry trends to better market to an increasingly nutrition-focused audience. Our commitment to nutrition research continues to grow and Love One Today® is the perfect vehicle to bring findings to life and drive demand for avocados.

Love One Today® is a science-based and wellness education program that encourages Americans to include fresh Hass avocados in everyday healthy eating plans and helps increase fruit and vegetable intake as avocados are a delicious, cholesterol-free whole food and a source of fiber and natural good fats. Its ultimate goal is to build and sustain demand for Hass avocados in the U.S. by increasing consumers understanding of the unique benefits of avocados to human health. To that end, Love One Today® uses peer-reviewed data to instruct the health professionals who educate consumers, allowing to prime the marketplace to be receptive to the industry’s health and nutrition messages.

Since 2013, LoveOneToday.com is the one-stop-hub of information for health professionals and consumers. The website offers health professionals who provide dietary advice the latest on avocado nutrition research to help inform their dietary recommendations in support of weight management, type 2 diabetes, heart health goals and general health and wellness.
