Collaboration Elevates Conversations on Body Self-acceptance and Making Small, Manageable Choices To Support Well-being

Over the past several years, wellness approaches have evolved away from restrictive diets and counting calories towards promoting overall healthy lifestyle practices and self-compassion. Consumers are looking to incorporate habits that fit their unique lifestyle and make them feel good, from the inside out.

Through a month-long partnership with The Everygirl, an inclusive online platform that provides inspiration and guidance for a balanced life, the Hass Avocado Board (HAB) celebrated ways to prioritize self-love and improve health with simple, actionable tasks. Tapping into The Everygirl’s network of content creators, lifestyle and wellness influencers authentically shared their love of fresh avocados and recipe inspiration to help satisfy hunger. Additionally, editorial and social content underscored how foods that provide satisfying nutrients like fiber and unsaturated fats, such as avocados, can support well-being.

In addition to the collaboration, Love One Today® teamed up with Avocado Goodness Expert, Andrea Mathis, MA, RDN, LD to sponsor a continuing education webinar for dietitians, highlighting nutrient-dense avocados as an everyday opportunity to invest in good health and mindful eating approaches. To further support these efforts, an advertising campaign for health professionals promoted weight management strategies backed by science with relevant research, patient resources, and recipes. Coverage in media outlets such as SheFinds featured HAB scientific studies and the importance of choosing foods that are enjoyable and satisfying as a positive pathway to reaching a healthy weight.
